This may be among one of the most important traits of a roofing crew. The people laying the shingles on your roof need to have experience and know what they’re doing. Oftentimes after a hail storm, many roofing contractors are rushing to find laborers to install the roofs without giving thought to their credentials.
This often leads to inexperienced “roofers†doing work on your home that could potentially compromise your home by poor installation.

Our roofing crew team has been with us for over ten years, through plenty of storms, and they simply understand proper installation and the mechanics of roofs.
Punctuality
If we tell you that we’re heading over a certain morning to start work on your home, you can be certain we will be there. The only factors that would affect this would be weather related (or if an emergency came up).
It helps to know that your roofing contractors will be there when you expect so you can move vehicles out of the garage, arrange for placement of pets, or make other necessary arrangements.
Because to be honest, roofing isn’t a quiet task.
Cleanliness
Being able to clean up after a job should be expected, but did you ever consider if your roofers also cleaned up during work? This is important because there is constant material flying off the roof from removal and it could pose a hazard for people around your property.
Additionally, our roofing crews have had to work on windy days so material that is intended for the trash may fly out. We want to be especially mindful because roofing your home can also be a disturbance to your neighbors- both in noise and debris.

Oversight/Quality Assurance
The great thing is we’ve known of several Colorado roofing contractors that provide oversight of roofing projects. This means they have a dedicated person that will drive around town inspecting installation as it goes along to ensure there are no hiccups.
After all, it’s much easier to correct course during the process than after it’s entirely done.
The scary thing is that there are probably a handful of Colorado roofers that don’t have project oversight.
